Reduced Service Fees  applies to emergency or demand call requests between the time of scheduled maintenance. These reduced service fees do not apply in the event that they are the result of a failure related to an already preexisting condition or an already recommended repair or service needed. (a) Standard Plan: A $25 reduced service fee will be charged for any emergency or demand call request outside of normal maintenance visit and are limited to one per year. Any further requests will be charged at the regular rate of $50 per visit. (b) Premium Plan: There will be no charge for emergency or demand call requests during the term of the plan unless related to preexisting conditions as mentioned above.

Free Common Parts  include but are not limited to capacitors, contactors, relays, drain lines, common electrical repairs, and breakers. Free replacement/repair does not apply in the event that they are the result of, whether directly or indirectly, a failure related to already preexisting conditions or an already recommended repair or service. As well, they do not apply in the event that the above list common of parts are out of the standard range of replacement parts such as specialty or special order parts that are or could be considered upgrades over normally installed parts by the manufacturer. Shipping cost of non-commonly stocked parts will not be covered and are the responsibility of the home owner. Air Care, LLC has the right to refuse or deny the replacement of said parts at their discretion and based on their observations.

Blower and Evaporator Cleaning will be maintained by Air Care, LLC at no additional charge to our customers under the Premium Plan. Any cleaning required before initial sign-up of Premium Plan will be the responsibility of the home owner and charged at regular rates. Any cleaning required thereafter will be the responsibility of Air Care, LLC.

Refrigerant allowance  Air Care, LLC will provide up to 2 lbs of refrigerant per year at no charge to Premium Plan Members. In the event that a loss of refrigerant is a result of a leak(s) it will be the responsibility of the home owner to correct such leak(s) by means of repair or replacement of leaking component(s). Failure to repair or replace leaking components will void refrigerant allowance in subsequent years. Repairs or replacement of leaking components will be charged at regular rate minus 15%.
